Here are some
pictures of the actual items that were purchased to be donated to the shelters we are working with...
These are from my
trip to Sam's Club this afternoon. My wife and I purchased many of the items that were specifically requested
by the shelter in Alabama that we are working with. This is going to be part of the truckload that goes out
Friday afternoon.
Boy did we get some attention while pushing around a flat bed cart filled to the max :)
$2,465.05 was
the total for this trip...
See
the receipt for the purchases here.

(Beside the shelter
was a water tower with an American flag painted on it. It didn't come out there well, but we thought it was
ironic)

(Picture of the
road in Gulf Shores Alabama (about 20 miles south of Robertsdale, AL where we dropped off the supplies) It
looks like winter with snow piled up along side both sides of the road, but this was sand drifted from the
hurricane)

(Another Gulf
Shores, AL picture of the sand covered roads, and the hurricane went through over a week ago. They are still
trying to clear the roads)
